Abstract

With the rapid development of e-commerce, the importance of logistics distribution center location selection is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to enhance the scientificity of logistics distribution center location selection, this paper systematically analyzes the main factors influencing location selection under the background of e-commerce, focusing on summarizing the methods and steps of location selection. Practice has proven that rational location selection can effectively improve logistics efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enhance competitiveness. In future development, enterprises should continue to focus on location selection issues, make optimal decisions based on their own development strategies and market environment.
