All manuscripts submitted are checked for plagiarism using Crosscheck (powered by iThenticate).

  1. Review Process

Authors must participate in the peer review process. Submissions are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has neither been submitted to, nor published in, another publication. Concurrent submission will result in immediate rejection.

Manuscripts are subject to a fair, unbiased peer review process and are considered based on their significance, novelty, and usefulness. The review output will either be:

  • Accept
  • Accept with minor changes
  • Accept with major changes
  • Reject

The review process may take up to three months. If revisions are requested, the revised version should be submitted within 3 months for major revisions or 1 month for minor revisions. Authors needing more time should contact the Editor. The Editor reserves the right to reject a paper if it doesn't meet the journal's aims and scope, isn't technically sound, isn't revised satisfactorily, or is inadequate in presentation.

  1. Revised and Final Version Submission

Revised versions should follow the same formatting requirements as the final version. Include a short summary of modifications and responses to reviewers' comments. Use the JKLST Article Template for the final version. Submit electronically via email to editor@jklst.org, referring to the paper ID.

  1. Copyright

Submission implies the paper is not under review elsewhere. It is the author's responsibility to ensure no copyright infringements, defamation, or other issues arise from the manuscript. Obtain all necessary copyright release permissions for any copyrighted materials before submission.
