The Journal of Knowledge Learning and Science Technology (JKLST) is dedicated to providing immediate and unrestricted open access to its publications. Upon acceptance for publication in JKLST, the author(s) of a manuscript grant copyright under a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license. This license enables comprehensive utilization and reutilization rights for all, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors.

Article Processing Charge. To sustain immediate open access, JKLST levies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 100 per accepted article. There are no submission or review fees, and the APC is payable only after acceptance. Payment options are listed on the Article Processing Charge page.

Fee waivers. Inability to pay is never a barrier to publication. Authors — especially those based in low-income and lower-middle-income economies — may request a full or partial waiver from editor@jklst.org before payment. Waiver requests are handled separately from, and have no influence on, the peer-review or editorial decision.
